This is a very disturbing email. Upon my arrival here I asked that Ms. Chavez stop issuing AWOL's after
repeated reports that this authority might be being abused. That was not a message to shift the authority and
continue what i believe may be a problem practice. 30 until further notice there are to be NO AWOL's issued
until I review them. I will launch a full review of all AWOL's for the Department and after completion and
review with the incoming Director we will release the authority back to the service if appropriate.

Emails should be sent to me requesting to issue an AWOL, with name and reason why.
I will evaluate and make the decision.

to receive AWOL for unsubstantiated reasons. The Management Of?cial happen to be Mrs. Jennifer Meranowictz. There
are Employees that have Doctors Excuse Court Orders Documents, and she fell to allow the Employees to put in AL,
and or Charge Employees AWOL for been out sick. I will appreciate your intervention in this matter. Thanks Allen Jones,
