CAVHCS Cc: Pearson, Alverta; Blakeley, Claudia; Miller, Garth Jackson, Robin Huettemann, Thomas CAVHCS Subject: RE: Concerns Sensitivity: Con?dential Ms. Walsh thanks for the email. At this time I believe the leadership is well aware of the options and situation with Dr. Kassner. Right now he is still the Chief of Radiology and he has been given notice that only his option for tele-work has been discontinued. He needs to report to work as required and do his job. If he is sick he can inform his supervisor and request the appropriate leave. You are the Chief of HR and have completed your role here of advising management and the employee. These additional emails repeating conversations held with Dr. Kassner and his supervisors are not necessary for things to progress as they should. You can stand down, and at the point leadership makes any additional decisions for you to execute as the Chief of HR we will let you know. Dr. Weaver if it has not already been done make sure your employee Dr. Kassner is aware of the Employee Assistance Program and any necessary contact information. Respectfully, Leslie Wiggins
