Client representatives from the City of Aspen (Jim True, Scott Miller, Dave Hornbacher, and Margaret Medellin), American
Rivers, and Wilderness Workshop (Will Rousch and Sloan Shoemaker) also appeared. Reporters from Aspen Journalism
were also on the status conference.
Since the last status conference, appl has obtained city council approval for stipulations with Pitkin County, Western
Resource Advocates, Wilderness Workshop, ASP Properties, and Double R Creek Limited and has provided additional
information to the remaining opposers. Appl plans on waiting until stipulations are reached with all ops before filing the
stipulations with the Court for approval. Appl and the parties believe that progress is being made towards resolving these
cases.
Atty Noto is waiting for his clients to approve appl's settlement proposal. Atty Corona is working with his client on a response
to appl. Appl has not received a response from op United States.
The Referee finds that progress toward resolving the case is being made with the opposers and that is likely that these cases
can be resolved before the Referee. Accordingly, the Referee extends the time on her docket past the 18 month deadline of
disposition.

 Even though stipulations have not been filed or approved by the Court, the parties who have reached stipulations with the
appl are excused from future status conferences.
The Court ordered the following case management deadlines:
(1) Ops (American Rivers, Trout Unlimited, Larsen Family LP, Roaring Fork Land & Cattle, and the United States) shall
respond to appl: 7/10/18
(2) Appl shall respond to ops: 8/7/18
(3) Next status conference: 8/21/18 at 9:00AM
Appl shall provide notice of the next TSC.
