Since the last status conference, appl has obtained city council approval for stipulations with Pitkin County, Western Resource Advocates, Wilderness Workshop, ASP Properties, and Double R Creek Limited and has provided additional information to the remaining opposers. Appl plans on waiting until stipulations are reached with all ops before filing the stipulations with the Court for approval. Appl and the parties believe that progress is being made towards resolving these cases. Atty Noto is waiting for his clients to approve appl's settlement proposal. Atty Corona is working with his client on a response to appl. Appl has not received a response from op United States. The Referee finds that progress toward resolving the case is being made with the opposers and that is likely that these cases can be resolved before the Referee.
