1, Sergeant Carlos Tynes, being duly sworn, do state upon oath that I have good reason to believe
and do believe based on the following information:

Af?ant is a peace of?cer for the State of Texas, employed as a Deputy Sheriff for the
Caldwell County Sheriff's Of?ce.

2.) June l7th, 20l8 at approximately I744 hours Deputies. responded to I707 Farm to
Market 1854 Dale. Texas, Dale Corner Store, in reference to a neighbor complaint.

3.) Deputies obtained a written statement from the complainant stating that Sauter, Felton
DOB. 07/07/78 had entered into his RV where the compliant lived without his
permission and placed a rattle snake inside of his RV after they had been in a verbal
argument.

4.) Deputies obtained a statement from the complainant stating that he observed Felton
Sauter exit his RV and ?ee the scene. Deputies were advised by the complainant that
Felton Sauter's action placed the complainant in fear of imminent danger of serious
bodily injury.

5.) Deputies observed that the snake's rattles had been removed.

I charge heretofore, and before making and ?lling of this complaint, on or about the 17th day of
June A.D. 20l8, in the County of Caldwell and the State of Texas, Sauter, Felton DOB.
07/07/78, Defendant did and then commit the offence of Criminal Tres ass of a Habitation
[Class A misdemeanor! when he entered into the complainant?s place of residence (RV)

without his consent.

misdemeanor! when he recklessly engages in conduct that places another in imminent
danger of serious bodily injury by entering into the complainant?s place of residence (RV)

witho his consent and placed a rattle snake inside the complainant's RV.
