On December 9. 2017 at 2226. l. Of?cer Roefeld responded to Officer cell for assistance at the Garage Door Saloon
(223 Anvood Street. Pittsburgh. PA 15213). On scene I made contact with Of?cer McGinnle whom had three males up against the
well ollho business. the males were identi?ed as Timothy Riley. Jacob Schilling. and Daniel Humphrey. All three males were
intoxicated with the odor of alcoholic beverage emanating from their person. i detained Riley ior officer's solely as he was
extremely belligerent. yelling at Of?cer McGinhie and business owner. Merit Wetehonae and one of his empioyee's Raise Cook.

Weiehonse stated he had Riley. Humphrey and an unknown light skin black male thrown out of the bar for trying to fight
other patrons in the back room. All males had to be physically escorted out by stall and pushed out the side door. Once thrown
out the light skin black male then kicked the glass side door at the business causing the glass to spider. Weiehonae and Cook
then went outside to confront the males. The unknown male than lied with Weiahonae giving chase. Cock tried to move the
remaining melee along when he was attacked by them. Riley. Schiling. and Humphrey than attack Cook attempting to shove.
push. and trick him. Welshonee stated once he say that Cook was under attack he broke oil chase and went back to help. Riley.
Schlilng. and Humphrey then began to attack Weiehonse until oilicer Moeinnia arrived end was able to detain the males.

[reviewed video verifying Welehonse and Cook's version of the incident recorded View sectutty camera and the footage will be given
to me at a later time.

Riley. Sehiling. and Humphrey were transported back to station. Racy. Schiling. end Humphrey will be charged with Public
Drunkennese. 2 counts of Simple assault. de?ant trespass. and Disorderly conduct. Riley. Schliing. and Humphrey wit! be
transported to the ACJ housing as their ongoing course or conduct had not legitimate purpose. was a danger to other. and of?cers
