It is the Police Commissioner's determination that the allegation that Lieutenant Jason Margolis made disparaging remarks based on gender, engaged in inappropriate touching is SUBSTANTIATED, The remaining allegations of sexual harassment and retaliation are UNSUBSTANTIATED. Furthermore, other misconduct was noted, in that Lt. Margolis breached confidentiality. The Police Commissioner directed that he be issued a Schedule Command Discipline with a penalty of the forfeiture of 10 days. and attend the "Professionalism in the Workplace" seminar at the Police Academy. In addition, the Police Commissioner has directed that Lt. Margolis is to be transferred from the 103" Precinct.
