Recommend we not share going forward. Generally I feel they ask for it simply beef up the content
on their agenda. We really don’t get any valuable feedback form them.
If the decision is to continue to share, then I would request it be limited to 1 time per year and only
I&O subcommittee. In the past we have been asked to present to both the sub and full IROC in the
same month.

 Vic, I made your requested changes. Note also made the following change:
Slide 5 – Split Accomplishments and Efforts Underway into 2 slides (5 and 6) since we removed the
original slide 6, attached.
This is scheduled at I&O for this coming Monday. The I&O subcommittee requested it back in
October. Historically they have asked for it once or twice a year.

I assume the attached presentation is an example of what was used previously or is this one that will
be given?
Some Comments on the presentation:
Slide 5- Underway - Remove the dates and place Fiscal year (i.e. FY 18) on when we plan to
complete. I don’t want to give any specific time periods. Keep it vague
Slide 6- Remove No need to allow them to focus on giving us direction on how to improve.

Finally, was this information requested by IROC Outreach Subcommittee? What is this
subcommittee’s mission? I thought they should be focused on rates?
