(1111) Suspect Hate/ Bias Motivated: NARRATIVE On 7/3/20 I 7, Sgt. Barry and I responded to Hickory Pass in Milton, GA in reference to a domestic dispute. Alpharetta Dispatch advised that it was a delayed domestic dispute and that only one party was on scene. We were provided with the names of both parties and a return showed the female half, Delicia Cordon (not at scene), had an active arrest warrant from Atlanta Police Department for Failure To Appear Upon arrival we made contact with the male complainant, LeShawn McCoy. We noticed a large mound of clothing and personal items had been piled in the driveway of the home in front of the garage area. He advised that he and his girlfriend, Cordon, broke up and that they have been having issues recently. He stated that his girlfriend followed him to Las Vegas and that she began accusing him of cheating on her. He stated that she has been posting on social media about their break up and her cheating accusations. He went on to advise us that jewelers often times loan them high end jewelry items to wear for events. He stated that Cordon had some of these jewelry items and had not returned them. He stated that he has asked her multiple times for them but that she has not yet returned them. McCoy advised us that Cordon does live at the home and that she has lived there for at least the last 6 months. McCoy was advised that he can?t kick her out of the home tonight and that there is an eviction process. McCoy stated that he had started working on the eviction process yesterday and that he now understood the process. McCoy was very concerned that Cordon may try to either take things or make false accusations about him. He stated that he was trying to be very careful about being around her given the climate of domestic abuse in his profession. He had numerous friends there at the home when we arrived. We advised McCoy that he can?t keep Cordon out of the home but that if he is concerned about any false accusations being made that he should try to put away any valuables and to stay away from Cordon. He was also advised to be around witnesses when they are together and if possible, stay at another location until their domestic issues are resolved. McCoy stated he would bring her belongings back inside. While we were speaking with McCoy, Cordon returned back to the home. We asked her to step outside and we spoke with her in the driveway. She stated that they are going through a break up and that their relationship is over. When asked if she had any other place to stay for now she stated that she did not and would be staying at the residence. She advised us that she has spoken with an attorney already and that she understands the eviction process as well. Neither party made any accusations about physical abuse. While we were speaking with Cordon we were advised by Alpharetta Dispatch that Atlanta Police had con?rmed her warrant. Cordon was asked if she had received a traf?c citation recently and she stated yes. It was explained to her that she had an active warrant out from that citation for failure to appear on a previous traffic charge. Cordon was secured in handcuffs which were checked for ?t and double locked. I secured Cordon in the rear of my patrol vehicle with her safety belt on. I transported her to the jail while Sgt. Barry remained on scene. Cordon?s god-sister had arrived on scene and she was advised of Cordon?s situation. Cordon?s car was parked in the driveway and her keys and cell phone were transported to the jail with her. I turned over Cordon to the on duty Fulton County Sheriffs Deputies along with a wanted person located citation, the hit con?rmation, and her property. 125521312 By: SJOHNSONISIZ, KF 07/11/2018 15:29 Page 2 Milton Police Department Incident Report Suspect List 17-01260 Name (Last, First, Middle) Also Known As I-lnmP Address 1 HICKORY PASS CORDON, LEONORA MILTON, GA 30004 Business Address DOB Age Race Sex Eth Hair Skin Driver's License I State. xx/xxBLK BRO Scars, Marks, Tattoos, or other distinguishing features Reported Suspect Detail Suspect Age Race Sex Eth Height Weight SSN Weapon, Type Feature Make Model Color Caliber Dir ofTravel Mode of Travel Vcth/Make/Model Style Color Lic/St VIN Notes Physical Char Printed By: SJOHNSONISIZ, KF 07/1 1/2018 15:29 Page 3 Agency Name Milton Police Department REPORT Case 18-00661 Date Time Re orted 11/2018 11:50 Wed I 0R1 04 CA 0605 700 Last Known Secure (1: Location of Incident Premise Type Zonefl?ract At Found 04/11/2018 1 1:50 Wed Hickory Pass, Milton GA 30004- Residence Home MP3, MP34 04/11/2018 1150 Wed 5 1 Crime lncidentts) (Com) Weapon Tools Domestic Dispute Entry Exit Security 9907 Crime Incident Weapon Tools I ACliVit)? Sproles On April 11, 2018 at 150 hours I was dispatched to Hickory Pass in reference to a domestic dispute. Dispatch advised the callers had everything worked out, but it sounded a little heated over the phone. Upon my arrival, I met with the caller (Delicia Cordon) and caller?s boyfriend (Leshawn McCoy). Ms. Cordon and Mr. McCoy stated separately that they had everything worked out and at no time did their argument become physical. Ms. Cordon?s original reason for calling 9] was that Mr. McCoy was moving some furniture out of the house that she wanted to keep. According to Ms. Codon, Mr. McCoy agreed to leave the furniture in the house. Mr. McCoy?s statement mirrored that of Ms. Cordons. A report number was issued and contact information was obtained. LITTLE, DJ. (1125), A. (ll/7M) Suspect Hate Bias Motivated: NARRATIVE On Friday, June 01, 2018 at 0950 hours I was dispatched to Hickory Pass in regards to the tenant of the home Delicia Cordin, seeing people remove items from her home via a Ring doorbell camera. Cordin called dispatch to report that people were taking belongings from the home and she saw them through her Ring doorbell camera. She stated that there was not supposed to be anyone at the home. She stated that she was out of town in Virginia and her boyfriend and owner of the home, LeSean McCoy was out of town as well. She stated that she saw a moving truck in the driveway along with several people. When myself and Sergeant Baronian arrived on scene there were several people removing bags and furniture from the home. I spoke with Daphne McCoy, LeSean McCoy?s mother, who was at the home standing in the driveway. I asked her what she was doing there and she stated that she was there to get LeSean?s things from the house per his direction. She stated that LeSean was moving out of the home and wanted her to get his things for him so that he did not have to deal with Delicia. She stated LeSean told her that Delicia could stay in the house until it was sold since she had two small children, but he wanted his things. I informed Daphne that anything that was in the home that was considered "communal property" could be taken from the home and advised her to tell the movers to remove anything from the moving truck that was not clothing or person items belonging to LeSean. She stated that LeSean paid for everything inside the home and she should be able to remove those items for him. 1 informed her that since LeSean and Delicia shared the home they would have to go to civil court to divide the items and prove that LeSean actually paid for the items in the home. The movers removed all the furniture from the moving truck and put them back inside the home. They only left LeSean?s clothing and shoes on the truck. I spoke with LeSean on the phone and explained the situation to him. He stated that he understood and would contact his lawyer to start the process for civil court. I also advised him if he wanted Delicia out of the home he would have to start the eviction process since she was a resident of the home. By: 07/11/2018 15:30 Page 3
