(HUM) SuspectHat?e Bias Motivated: NARRATIVE On Friday, June 01, 2018 at 0950 hours I was dispatched to Hickory Pass in regards to the tenant of the home Deiicia Cordin, seeing people remove items from her home via a Ring doorbell camera. Cordin called dispatch to report that people were taking belongings from the home and she saw them through her Ring doorbell camera. She stated that there was not supposed to be anyone atthe home. She stated that she was out of town in Virginia and her boyfriend and owner of the home, LeSean McCoy was out of town as well. She stated that she saw a moving truck in the driveway along with several people. When myself and Sergeant Baronian arrived on scene there were several people removing bags and furniture from the home. I spoke with Daphne McCoy, LeSeanMcCoy?s mother, who was at the home standing in the driveway. lasked her what she was doing there and she stated that she was there to get LeSean?s things from the house per his direction. She stated that LeSe'an was moving out of the home and wanted her? to get histhings for him so that he did not have to deal with Delicia. She stated that Delicia could stayin the house until it?ll/arable since she had two small children, but ?he wanted his things. -. I informed Daphne that anything that was in the home that was considered "communal property" could be taken from the home and advised her to tell the movers to remove anything from the moving truck that was not clothing or person items belonging to LeSean. She stated that LeSean paid for everything inside the home and she should be able to remove those items for him. I informed her that since LeSean and Delicia shared the home they would have to go to civil court to divide the items and preve that LeSean actually paid for the items in the home. The movers removed all the furniture from the moving truck and put them back inside the home. They only left LeSean?s clothing and shoes on the truck. I I spoke withLeSean on the phone and explained the situation to him. He stated that he understood and would contact his lawyer to start the process for civil court. 1 also advised him if he wanted Delicia out of the home he would have to start the eviction process since she was a resident of the home.
