Based on those allegations. we engaged Ellen Spalding, Partner at Rogers, Morris 8L Grover and KIPP's attorney. to conduct a full investigation. During that investigation we placed you on a modified leave, restricting yourjob duties and interactions with KIPP students. Ms. Spalding has ?nished her investigation. She concludes that she is unable to confirm or substantiate the allegations made against you. Other than what the former student alleges, now almost 20 years after the alleged acts, there is no evidence of any wrongdoing.
