Conduct Unbeconiing An Officer

On April 2, 199s, in Allegation of Misconduct was filed against you by -. 
allegntiou stems from an incident in which you and the complainant engaged in improper
touching in an unmarked City Police squad during your assigned shin.

Afier reviewing the case material and discussing this matter with you, I find there is ample
evidence to sustain the allegation 

 

 

Therefore, this allegation is sustained and you are hereby issued a three (3) day suspension
without play. i will, hpwevei; offer you the option to nude either avuiinhie personal days;
vacation days or compensatory lime for the suspension days. If you choose to exercise this
option, you must make arrangements to do so tluougii your captain prior to July 26, 1996. Your
failure to make these arrangements will result in lite suspension dates being assigned by your

supervisor,
