We contacted Ms. Watson as we were having trouble finding both you and she on the ?service? list for Odyssey 
filing). Ms. Watson indicated she thought she was on it, and would be looking into the problem. We were never able to
find you through your name, email, or any other means. Ms. Watson was aware of the intent to file the Objection
before we actually filed it. Nevertheless, my apologies that you did not get a separate PDF sent via email to you as I had
instructed my assistant to do so; however, she misunderstood and provided service via US Mail, only. I will make sure
future filings are sent via email to you if you are still not accessible through the efiling web portal.

I did notice in your response filed to our Objection that you articulated a belief that our objection is politically
motivated. Be assured that it is not. Your actions to include such inflammatory information in your pleadings is
inappropriate, and not based upon any fact. A cautious reading of the Indiana Rules of Professional Conduct may be in
your best interest if you intend to continue to make other accusations that are not based in fact or evidence. The State
will be filing a formal Answer to your Petition if the Court has not ruled on our Motion for Extension of time before the

deadhne.

Ms. Becker,

We had no notice of the State's objection until a reporter contacted me this afternoon. That was disappointing
to me as we have made a concerted effort to get you our pleadings in a quick manner through electronic means
and through the mail. My hope is that we can reach some sort of mutual agreement to send pleadings
electronically for the convenience of all parties.

Attached to this email, and in the spirit of continued cooperation, you will ?nd a response that we ?led on Mr.
Cooper's behalf.
