At the July 24, 2018 status conference, the Government explained to the Court

3 the likely effect of expedited discovery in the related case of State of Washington, et

al. v. United States, Case No. 18-cv-0939-MJP, currently pending in the Western
5
6 District of Washington, on the Government’s ongoing reunification efforts in this
7

case. In order to provide the Court with additional information regarding the effect

8
9

of this discovery process, the Government is attaching the Declaration of Jonathan

10 White filed on July 26, 2018 in that case.
