Discussion was held as to who should contact the Town; previously the Tender house attendant had been directly contacting the Town. PCL requested that this now be coordinated through the CEI. After conversation with Captain Taylor during the meeting PCL was directed that the bridge tender should contact town on the 2nd call (ie, Tender will notify, in the following order, 1) PCL, 2) Town of Palm Beach) Quality: ➢Bridge tail locks issues & repeated malfunctions. CEI has concerns about acceptance of the project considering the issues it is having. PCL will investigate with Edwards Electric and H&H to discussed potential issue. Santiago agreed that these malfunctions are concerning. This malfunction was due to a tripped brake breaker, which caused the south machinery brake in the SE leaf to engage prior to the leaf being fully seated. The tender tried to drive the tail locks in this condition, resulting in the SE S tail lock getting stuck and requiring manual pulling. PCL to discuss breaker limits and overload conditions, as well as the cause of the overload.
