Agency Response: DRAFT RESPONSE compiled by project team: An electrical issue
prevented the southeast leaf from fully seating in the down position. This caused the
malfunctions to occur both this morning and this afternoon. The malfunction this morning began
at about 10 a.m. and lasted approximately 90 minutes. The malfunction this afternoon began at
approximately 1:15 p.m. and lasted for approximately 30 minutes. Project personnel have been
on site throughout the day to resolve the issues.
