Jim,
Recently the bridge has experienced a series of frequent malfunctions. These malfunctions started to
occur after the EOR and the system’s subcontractor (EHM) adjusted the control settings to comply with
a request/preference from the Owner’s Engineer.
Prior to these recent control setting adjustments we did not have a malfunction of the bridge for over
two months. Currently the team is working diligently to resolve any issues caused by the setting
adjustment, and we have significantly reduced the frequency of these events. We have an additional
setting adjustments scheduled to take place by the end of the week, and we are optimistic that these
last adjustments will completely resolve the issues.
Attached is an email from Mike Sileno with a more technical and in depth explanation of the issue and
the steps taken to resolve it.
