City & Town Agendas  Town of PB Page 1 of 2  Sprinkling System issue near RPP, Mike will provide a contact name and number. RFI/RFC/RFM and Submittal Logs (attached)  Submittals Asbuilts Must be submitted by 03/24/18 -Received 3/5/18-Returned 03/13/18, there was several items missing, structure asbuilts needed more work as well before review. SR mentioned that RFM and RFI, need to be reflected is asbuilts if anything has changed.  Project Cannot be Final Accepted until asbuilts approve/accepted  Status: CEI was supposed to receive 03/30/18 04/06/18  Status-HH struggling to get information from subs. No date was provided. SR could impact final acceptance. – SD should have them this last week.-Status  Maintenance Manuals  Must be submitted by 03/24/18 to allow for 45 day review.  Received 04/06/18 and distributed to the reviewers same day.  SD suggested a group page turn with PCL, HH, EHM, CIE and the Department.  SR sent email to reviewers Public Information  Public Information Coordination Items:  Project Website Open Discussion/Other Business  Materials: None at this point Outstanding Items:  Punchlist Items: Per BIM  Open-13  Ready to inspect-3 (2 Bolt)  Disputed-3 (items # 804, 805 and 806) Bolt (old timber pile/debris)  Bridge/Project will need to cleaned prior to FA  Graffiti removal- on ped gate and light pilasters, SR believes on south side.  Broadspectrum o The bridge/sidewalk seal, corrective action noted.  SD the material came in today and the repair will occur in the next couple of weeks. Status will be repaired tonight. o Doug mentioned that they are having Stafford Bandlow look into the wind up meeting with AASHTO. They have nothing formal just let the team know.  SR mention that any field visits need to be coordinated with PCL since the project is still their responsibility.  Permit Closeout o Need asbuilts Next Meeting (#326) is Wednesday 5/09/18 @ 1:30pm in New Millennium Field Office.
