Pursuant to this Court?s March 1, 2013 Decision and Entry and November 15, 2013
Decision, this Court hereby enters final judgment in favor of the Ohio Elections Commission
against All Children Matter, Inc., All Children Matter Ohio PAC, and All Children Matter
Virginia PAC, jointly and severally liable on All Children Matter, Inc., for the State of Ohio to
collect in accordance with Ohio laW as follows:

1) $2,610,000.00 for violation of RC. against All Children Matter Ohio
PAC and All Children Matter, Inc., jointly and severally;

2) $2,610,000.00 for violation of RC. against All Children Matter
Virginia PAC and All Children Matter, Inc., jointly and severally;

3) $25.00 per day commencing October 26, 2006 until cured for violation of
RC. against All Children Matter Virginia PAC and All Children Matter, Inc.,
jointly and severally;

4) $1,000.00 for violation of RC. against All Children Matter Virginia PAC

and All Children Matter, Inc., jointly and severally; and

5) $1,000.00 for Violation of RC. 3517.ll(C) against All Children Matter Ohio PAC and
All Children Matter, Inc., jointly and severally.
Also pursuant to this Court?s March 1, 2013 Decision and Entry and November 15, 2013
Decision, this Court hereby enters that all other claims set forth in this case, including but not
limited to all claims against Defendant Lisa Lisker, be and hereby are dismissed With prejudice.

Parties shall bear their own costs.
