The Board is hereby placing a written call for said instream flow water right to ensure that the full decreed amount of this water right is made available for the decreed beneficial use of preserving the natural environment to a reasonable degree. The effective date of this call is August 3, 2018 and the call is to be in effect until the end of the current irrigation year.
