Because of the constructive trust claim. Plaintiffs mav seek "tracing" discoverv of proceeds
from sale of Marina companies and Marina assets, even if proceeds were used in whole or in
part to ?nance acquisition of or capital investment in Defendants' marijuana-related
industries. However, Plaintiffs are not entitled to go beyond this tracing discovery and/or to
make detailed demands for information about how these businesses operate. Plaintiffs may
also seek discovery related to Defendants' decision(s) to use these proceeds to invest in

these businesses. Parties shall enter into an appropriate confidentiality order as discussed.
