Delegate Fast moved to amend the Resolution on page 3, Article I, line 10, after the period, by
adding:
“Realizing the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals has, pursuant to the West Virginia
Constitution, the sole authority as an equal branch of government to operate its own budget, The
House of Delegates recommends, upon a conviction under this Article of Impeachment, a public
censureship.”
