Since the last status conference, appl has reached stipulations with all parties in the Castle Creek diligence case (3129).
Appl plans on filing a motion to re-refer that case for entry of the decree by the water judge. Appl does not have a response
from Double R Creek Ltd or ASP Properties on the motion to re-refer. The Court requested that the appl file a written motion
once Double R Creek and ASP Properties have stated their positions.
In 3128, appl has reached settlements with all parties except for Larsen Family LP. Appl and Larsen Family requested
several weeks to exchange comments and resolve their remaining issues.
Appl thanked all the parties for their hard work and cooperation on both cases.
The next status conference in 16CW3128 is 10/16/18 at 9:30AM
Appl shall provide notice of the next TSC.
