On the petition ?led March 22, 2012 of JACQUELYNNE SCHMID and
ELIZABETH SAVVITT, by and through their attorney, SHERI L. HAZELTINE, ESQ.,
for appointment of a successor plenary co-guardians of the person and property of
WENDY SCHMID (the Ward), the Court ?nding that the Ward is totally incapacitated as
adjudicated by order of this Court entered April 21, 2004, that LEGAL AID SOCIETY
OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, INC, has voluntarily resigned as guardian of the
person and property of WENDY SCHMID and is in agreement with this Order, and

that it is necessary for a successor plenary co-guardians to be appointed for the person

performance of all duties by the co-guardians, letters of guardianship shall be issued.

3. The Ward, prior to incapacity, has not executed any valid advance directive

pursuant to chapter 765, Florida Statutes.
