In the comp laint , which OCR received on February 8, 2016 , you alleged that the University discriminated against you on the basis of sex by failing to respond appropriately to your multiple reports that you were subj ected to sexual harassment and attempted sexual assault !qlccted to interfere with or affect the ability of OCRto do its job. 5 U.S.C.§ 552(b ){7)(A). Also, a Federal agency may refuse a request for records if their release would or could reasonably be expected to result in an unwarranted invasion of privacy of an individual. 5 U.S.C.§ 552(b )( 6) and (7)(C).
