Jeffery SOKSO. are currently employed as Criminal Investigators with the Pennsyivania State Police, Troop - R, Gibson Station. -On 09/04/18 at approximately 0157 hours, P8P Gibson was dispatched to 26245 State Rt 92, Oakiand Twp, Susquehanna County. for a report of a missing person. Troopers MITCHELL and GILLERAN spoke with Rachei AYERS. DOB 12/25/80, who reported that her boyfriend, John Arthur 09/03/86, left the residence on 09/03/18 at approximately 0700 hours to go to Rob's Market in Halistead, PA and had not returned and has not heard from him since. He left the residence operating a blue Mazda SUV. The victim was subsequently entered into as Missing. On 09/04/18 at approximateiy 1010 hours, Af?ant SOKSO interviewed AYERS who related that nobody has had contact with AMREIN since she made the initial report. She further related that AMREIN never showed up for work on this date at FedEx in Conklin, NY and never called to inform FedEx that he wouldn't be there. has worked there for six (6) years and has never not shown up before. She aiso stated that other family members, including the AMREIN's brother work at FedEx and spoke with other coworkers who reported that they have no contact with the victim. AYERS related that yesterday her last contact with the victim was a text message at 1115 hours. She further related that the victim sent her a text message that said he ioved her. She said that she had no other contact with the victim since then. She advised that yesterday (09/03) was the victim?s birthday and he was going to Rob's market. so she could make him breakfast. . On 09/04/18 at 1030 hours, Affiant SOKSO requested an emergency "ping" of the victim?s cell phone. 570-533-8185. The last contact with the phone number was 09/03/18 at 1337 hours. On 09/04/18 at 1110 hours, Af?ant SOKSO con?rmed with Rob?s Market that the victim?s famiiy went to the store and reviewed surveillance. She told him that his brother was at the Harmony Creek Pub on Sunday night. MARTEL said that they (she and AMREIN) had an argument, AMREIN was drunk and left. FRENCH works for FedEx and said that MARTEL is employed by FedEx and didn?t show up for work on 09/04/18 and also did not call in sick. FRENCH provided MARTEL's address as 47 Madison Court in Hallstead. On 09/04/18 at approx. 1400 hours, A?iants DEMPSEY and SOKSO interviewed neighbor, Caroiyn She reported seeing a dark colored SUV pull into trailer with just its parking lights on at approximately 0600 on 09/04/18. SUV is backed in, she sees Quinten exit vehicle, grab plywood. The plywood was placed on the porch into the SUV. She also sees MARTEL and believes they ?lead? something into the vehicle and leave. On 09/04/18 at approx. 1900 hours. At?ants DEMPSEY and SOKSO interviewed Andrea MARTEL at PSP Gibson. During the interview, MARTEL related that AMREIN came to her residence on 09/03/18 at approx. 0700 hours. MARTEL related she informed that she is pregnant and that he was possibly the father. became irate and physically pushed her onto the bed. AMREIN then said "I've had enough and l'm leaving." He then walked out of the back of the trailer and left on foot. MARTEL then cailed Quinten MILLARD to come over to her residence. When asked if came to the house when AMREIN was there. MARTEL initially said that she didn?t know, but then said that he didn?t. She then drove to AMREIN's vehicle to 4004 Highlands Road where she borrowed mother vehicle and returned to her house. She and MILLARD later returned his mother?s vehicle and retrieved vehicle from 4004 Highlands Rd. On 09/04/18 at approx. 0700 hours. she and returned to residence at 47 Madison Circle in Harmony Village. They retrieved items and returned to 4004 Highlands Rd in AMREIN's SUV. During the interview. MARTEL advised the SUV was hidden behind the residence at 4004 Highlands Rd. On 09/04/18 at approximately 1945 hours, Tpr. John DECKER and Tpr. Roger RIDDELL went to 4004 Highiands Rd. and spoke with the homeowner, Ronald KOWALEWSKI. He advised he was MILLARDS step father. Tprs. DECKER and explained the reason for their presence and requested consent to search the property for a blue Mazda SUV. consented to the search and signed a Waiver of Rights and Consent to Search form. Upon a search of the property, a blue Mazda SUV bearing PA Reg. JFT5326, registered to was located behind the residence behind a storage trailer and garage hidden from view. (TM ?Tile . During the interview, MARTEL related AMREEN came over to her residence at 47 Madison Circle, Great Bend Twp, Susquehanna County, on the morning of 09/03/18. Also there was Quentin MILLARD. A verbal argument ensued between her and AMREIN. then grabbed an unknown object and struck in the back of the head causing him to toss his balance. eventually regained his balance and pulled out a handgun from his person. AMREIN and engaged in a physical altercation at which point MILLARD was shot in the arm. They then fell to the ground where AMREIN was shot in the leg. Both individuals then calmed down at which point MARTEL grabbed the ?rearm and went into the bedroom. MILLARD left the residence and she could hear AMREIN snoring. MILLARD returned and came into the bedroom and told her "Stay here while I take care of this.? After a while, she exits the bedroom and ?nds AMREIN bleeding profusely out of his head appeared deceased. She then assisted MILLARD with wrapping the body in black and white trash bags. They then left and went to 4004 Highlands Rd. On 09/04/18 at approx. 0600 hours. she and MILLARD returned to 47 Madison Circle. At this time, she and MILLARD take body and place it into a vehicle. They then took the body to 4004 Highlands Rd. where they removed the body from the vehicle and placed it into a wooded area to the left of the residence. On 09/04/18 at approximately 2240 hours, MARTEL was interviewed at PSP?Gibson by Afiiant SOKSO and Trooper Kelly TODD. Prior to the interview, MARTEL was read her Miranda warnings which she acknowledged and agreed to answer some questions. During the interview, MARTEL related that her and Quinton MILLARD were at her house at 47 Madison Circle, Great Bend Twp. She further related that came to the house and she told him that she could be possibly pregnant. She advised that later, her and AMREIN were engaged in sexual activity when he said something to her that she didn?t Elke. She related that she grabbed a' lighter and placed it in her list and punched AMREIN in the head. She further related that MILLARD came from another room and hit AMREIN in the head with something. She said that put his ciothes back on and pulled out a gun. She advised that AMREIN pointed the gun at MELLARD, shot and missed. She further advised that AMREIN eventually shot in the arm at close range. She related that both went to the ground where a struggle ensued and AMREIN was shot in the leg. She said that another argument ensued, and swung causing him to hit his head on a wall. She stated that was then unconscious. She further stated that AMREIN was getting messages from his girlfriend. MARTEL admitted to taking phone and sending a message to his girlfriend which read, "i love you". When asked why she did that. MARTEL advised that AMREIN's girlfriend kept messaging him and that is the message he would send her. MARTEL related during the interview that after sending the message. she observes AMREIN being deceased. She further related that she wraps AMREIN in white and black garbage bags. She said that AMREIN is left in her residence by the door until her and MILLARD removed him the following day (Tuesday, 09/04) at approximately 0800 hours. During the interview, MARTEL stated that she and MILLARD bring body to 4004 Highlands Road. She further stated that the body is dragged for approximately 20 minutes. She related that she assists MILLARD in digging a hole for the body with a stick. She said that the hole is not large, and she leaves to go back to the house because she has to use the bathroom. She advised that MILLARD told her that he would ?nish. MARTEL could not provide us a specific location of the body. On 09/05/18 at approximately 0300 hours, a search warrant was applied for and granted through District Court 34-3-03 for the residence at 47 Madison Circle, Great Bend On 09/05/18 at 0330 hours, a search warrant was executed at 47 Madison Circle, Great Bend Twp. While executing the warrant, members observed apparent blood spatter on the ceiling, apparent blood Spatter on the wall, apparent blood on a blue chair and a towel beneath the chair. A bottle of all-purpose cleaner with apparent blood smear on the bottle was also observed. Blood from the iiving room wail spatter was tested using the Bluestar Hexagon test and tested positive for- human blood. The test was conducted by Trooper HITCHCOCK. Attempts to make contact with MILLARD have produced negative results. The information contained in this af?davit is enough to establish probable cause, however, it is not all the information known to your at?ants.
