All mutual fund products offered on our direct investing platform include relevant Fund Facts
which clearly disclose all fees. To help DIY investors make informed choices, we offer a variety
of tools that are readily available, prior to purchase, to inform investors of alternatives. For
example, when an A/I-series offers a lower-cost equivalent, we highlight it with direct links within
the fund overview, and when a new A/I series fund launches with a D-series option, we will only
offer the D-series via WebBroker. Clients can also request pre-defined screens that only show
them D-series investment options. For context, we currently offer over 700 D-series funds via
the TD Direct Investing platform.
In regards to the class-action, as a policy, we do not comment on any matters that are before
the courts.
