AFFIDAVIT
I, Dante Servin, state as follows:

I am in receipt of a Grand Jury subpoena wherein I am required to p'roduce any and all
recordings, hard drives and other memory devices that store recordings taken from the cameras

11:00 pm to March 21, 2012 at 2:00 am.
2. I reside at
Chicago, IL and have lived there since 2006.
3. My residence has been equipped with a non-functioning camera system, make X-10 camera
outside the building located at

4. The camera system is non-operational and has never been operational.
5. ·Accordingly, there were no images captured by these cameras during the date and time in
question.
