(4.0) piece of the policy is being completed by EMS.  It is basically the same material.  I ask that EMS get that portion out to the rest of us ASAP.      Schedule Events: March 20th: 0900-1600 is the Table Top Exercise.  I request the following personnel to attend:  Chief Smith, Chief McCluan, & Lt. Fernandez at the minimum.  Other Chief Officers are welcome to come to the TTEx. April 2nd:  ASI Training. Time TBA, Location TBA:  All personnel, except for the Chief and A/C's need to attend.  This training will be a review of the Policy, EMS Assessment and Treatment.  Equipment Review and a Walk Through Scenario to put it all together. April 12th: 2100-0400  ASI Exercise:  Millenia Mall.  I will coordinate with S& L for the use of 2 reserve Engines.  That means I will need personnel to pick-up and return the units. April 17th: Time TBA, Location TBA.  Post Exercise Review and lessons learned.  This meeting is to review everything that occurred and I expect some recommendations, not complaints. If there are any changes or add-on, I will keep you posted.      Personnel and their expected roles: * Lt. McDonald and Pielin:  Company Officers for the Scenario Eng. Bishop and Trammel: Engineers for the Scenario. Lt.'s Pegues & Griffin, Ff's Marquez and Toyloy: will assume the roles of the FF's. Chief McCluan:  Initial Commander then EMS/MCI Officer Chief Smith:  Command at the UC. Lt.'s Driscoll, Fernandez, Preston and Saunders:  I would like to request to use you as our Assessors or as a back-up player. *I chose the Junior C.O.'s (if I can call them that) to give them more Group Leader Command training.      The In House Trainers: For the April 2nd Training: D/C McCluan, Lt Driscoll and FF Marquez should be considered the lead instructors, just a recommendation, Ch McCluan, please use the personnel listed to your best advantage for the upcoming training.     Ladies and gentlemen: I just want to add that I am excited to have all of you as part of this Policy/SOP. You are all producers, that's what I like and that's what OFD needs. In the mean time once you review the policy and wam some oneronrone review, please contacl me and I'll come out K0 your Thank you and please feel free to contact me.
