- Remove the cross roads through the property.

- Allow access of Kearney roadway (pal-tn line road] for clubhouse and utilities entrance.

Move clubhouse location for better access to driving range-

Move cart parking to under clubhouse parking lot-

[cl Allow for power-?utilities for pump station hookup

- Remove all internal houses? buy out the holdouts at "fa-re market value".

- Move= relocate Veterans home site= halfway houses. church= other historical houses to o? site location.

- Secure water rights= check- on well production rates. utilize the caneL-"water basins as features to tie course together.
- Redesign and restrict the number of entry points into the proposed housing areas-

- Check and secure lands between nevi.r off ramp and project for future usage and?br Veterans site-

- Buy out and re?aone entire area around course-

- Establish a drop dead date for the BEIGE event and have the city clear all hurdles to meet that date period; no laterthan May 1. ?nished. grassed. growing in.
- Establish a one mile perimeter around the property to be classi?ed as a redevelopment zone .
