July 31, 2018 I, John Alan Williams, am the party principally responsible for the 2017 Profile and Economic Impact Report. I have been provided the follow up public records request regarding certain documents relating to this report and am providing this response to those requests. In response to Michael Finkelstein’s email request for documents that was dated July 23, 2018, the following are my statements concerning the 7 requests that he made: #1 The emails were all sent from Karen Brakel to Mary Louise Chevalier in Human Resources to be forwarded to Michael Finkelstein. #2 The agreement letter has been sent to Linda Clark. #3 The invoice has been sent to Linda Clark. #4 A draft report was never produced. #5 Our methodology and data imbedded in the methodology were not sent because it would violate our intellectual property rights and those rights must be protected. #6 There are no data or data reports existing. All information for the study was input directly into our methodology tool. That tool comprises our methodology and is intellectual property that must be protected. #7 The CV’s have been sent to Linda Clark. Final statement: All documents that are not protected by our methodology and intellectual property rights have been passed on. John A.
