Dr. Williams, as principal, maintains any records related to this project and has reviewed the request and his files to assist in our response. Attached is a letter from Dr. Williams attesting to his search and production of documents responsive to vourJulv 23 email. Some of these were previously provided. Additional documents are attached here. In reference to the UNO report of short-term rentals ?2017 Profile and Economic Impact Report?: 1. There are no drafts or notes. Solelv produced was the final report which, in discussion with your office, you stated did not need to be reproduced. 2. There is solelv the final report. There are no notes. 3. The agreement and the invoice are attached. 4. Emails responsive to a public record request were produced. 5. All correspondence responsive to a public record request have been produced. 6. All documentation, correspondence, telephonic, electronic, or in-person meetings, and notes responsive to a public record request have been produced. 7. There are none. A Member of the University of Louisiana System Committed to Equal Oprmnunity 10. 11. 12. The CV's of the two faculty researchers responsible are attached. The University faculty?s research methodology was created at UNO and consists of intellectual property outside of public record production. As previously indicated, raw data was extracted from other public reports and websites but was not and is not maintained as ?raw data? and is not available from UNO in raw data form but may be available from those sites that produce the information as raw data. The process and methodology created by the faculty at UNO is scientific intellectual property developed, and owned, by the University for the purposes of doing this research and producing resulting reports. Again, as responded previously, the raw data from the public reports was pulled down and inserted into the methodology created by the faculty at UNO, no raw data exists nor any listing of raw data at the University. The entities with those reports would own the raw data on the various year and months in question. Sincerely, Doug Mittelstaedt University Compliance and Employee Relations Officer page 2 of 2
