On September 27, 2018, a petition to authorize a referendum on Ordinance 18-40 was submitted
to my office. Based on our examination of the petition, we have verified that 5,071 of the
signatures are valid. A total of 4,932 valid signatures is required.
The following is a summary of the results of our examination of the petition.

Therefore, I hereby certify that the petition contains the number of valid signatures of registered
