Kenna-Mohler Memorandum of August 24, 2017

On the afternoon of Thursday, August 31, SecretaryTillerson will travel
from AndrewsAir Force Base to WichitaFalls, Texas.
On the afternoon of Monday, September4, he will depart Wichita Falls,

Texas and return to Andrews Air Force Base.·
The Secretarywill require access to secure communications while enroute.
We therefore request that a military aircraft be provided on a reimbursable basis
(pursuantto the Economy Act) to transportthe Secretaryand his party of
approximatelyfive passengers, including security personnel. This will allow
security personnel to provide needed support and will allow necessary
communicationslinks to be maintained.

On the morning of Priday, July 21, Secretary Tillerson will travel from
Andrews Air Force Base to Glen Jean, WV. On the afternoon of July.21, he wilJ
depart Glen Jean and travel to Fort Worth, TX.

On the afternoon of Tuesday, July 25, he will depart.Fort Worth and return
to Ap.dr~wsAir Force Base .

The Secretary will require access to secure.communications while enroute.
We therefore request that a military aircraft be provided on a.reimbursable basis
(pursuant to the Economy Act) to transport the Secreta.zyand his -partyof
approximately five passengers, including security personnel. This will allow
security personnel to provide needed support and will allow necessary
communications links to be maintained.

SUBJECT : Request for Special Air Missions Aircraft
On the afternoon of Friday, April 21, Secretary TiIJerson will travel from
Andrews Air Force Base, Washington DC to Wichita Falls~Texas. On Wednesday,

April 26,2017, Secretary Ti11ersonwill return from Wichita Falls to Andrews Air
Force Base.
The Secretary will require access to secure communications while enroute .
We therefore request that a military aircraft be provided~~ reimbursable basis
(pursuant to the Economy Act) to transport the Secretary and his party of
approximately five passengers, including security personnel. This will allow
security personnel to provide needed support and will allow necessary
communications links to be maintained.

On the morning of Friday, February 10, Secretary Tillerson will travel from
Andtews Air Force Base, Washington DC to Dallas, Texas. On Monday afternoon,
February 13, 20.17,Secretary Tillerson will return from Dallas to Andrews Air
Force Base.

The Secretary will require access to secure-communicationswhile en ioute.
We therefore request that a military aircraftbe provided on a reimbursable.basis
(pursuant to the EcononifA~t) to.transport the Secretary and his party of ~- :'·::.., _- ·
approximatelyeight passengers, including security personnel. This will allow
security personnel to provide needed support and will allow necessary
communicationslinks to be maintained.

SUBJECT:Request for Special Air Missions Aircraft
On the afternoon of Monday, June l9 , 2017 , Secretary Tillerson willtravel
from Fort Worth, Texas to Joint Base Andrews.

The Secretary will require access to secure communications while enroute
from Fort Wo1thto Joint Base Andrews. We therefore request that a military
aircraft be provided on a reimbursable basis (pursuant to .the Economy Act) to
transport the Secretary and his party of approximately five passengers, including
security personnelfrom Fort Worth to Joint Base Andrews. This will allow
$ecuritypersonnel to provide needed support and will.-allow necessMy
communications links to be maintained.

infrastructure to adequately support Executive branch continuity communications
requirements be provided on a reimbursable basis (pursuant to the Economy Act)
to transport the Secretary and his party of approximately six passengers , including
security personnel. This will provide needed support related to security and
scheduling concerns, and will enable secure communications links to be

maintained.

On the afternoon of Thursda y, August 3 l, Secretary T illerson will travel
from Andrews Air Force Base to Wichita Falls , Texas.

On the afternoon of Tuesda y, Septe mber 5, he will depart 'vVich.ita
Texas and return to Andrews Air Force Base.
The Secretary will require access to secure communications while enroute.
We therefore request that a militar y aircraft be provided on a re imbursable basis
(pursuant to the Economy Act) to transport the Sec retary and his pa rry of
approximately five passenge rs, including security personnel. This will allo\\ ·
security personJJel to provide needed suppon and will allow necessary
communications links to be maintained.
