Dear Mr. Martinez:
As per our conversation earlier this week and as per the e-mail below from the Chair of the
Financial Oversight and Management Board for Puerto Rico (the “Board") to GSA, the Board
would like to request Federal Protective Service assistance for a proposed meeting of the Board
in Puerto Rico at the GSA Building on Chardon Avenue on Friday, November 18, 2016 from
2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
We respectfully request that more FPS agents (than the ones on location) be assigned for this
meeting and to coordinate the security logistics, including how board members will enter and
exit the building facilities and general security measures outside and inside the meeting.

Carlos, this afternoon I had a conference call with Mrs. Denise Pease, and Frank
Santella from the GSA about the possibility of holding our next FOMB meeting
on the 18th of November from 2:00PM to 5:00PM in the GSA building, on
Chardon Avenue, adjacent to the Federal Court, which the FPS currently protects.
The GSA is looking into availability but suggested we reach out to the FPS, to see
if we might be able to get additional agents for our meeting. I believe you have a
contact that might be able to help us here. Thank you.
