This Court has issued its decision in Stare ex rel. Margaret L. W'on?r
No. 18?0816. In this decision, the Court issued a writ prohibiting the iirnpv
Justice Workman scheduled to begin 011 October 15, 2018. Justice Allen H.
impeached following the same procedures and on many of the same 9
against Justice Workman. Furthermore, the same separation of powers, 
procedural ?aws identified by the Court in the Workman decision are a
controlling in the pending impeachment trial of Justice Loughry. The Ben:-
