Hi Rima,
You may have seen that the Oversight Board did not certify a fiscal plan for PREPA yesterday (extended the deadline a
bit) and so I don't have a public document to share with you just yet.
However I don't want the lack of a public, certified fiscal plan to delay the working group meeting on the Recovery Plan
that we discussed last week with Aaron from McKinsey (copied here, as is Tyler Duvall). Defer to you on when would be

 the best time for this type of meeting to occur as you work through the Recovery Plan, HUD guidance, HUD action plan,
etc.
