I am very excited to let you know about our first annual Bordeaux and Bow Ties Wine Dinner being held on Wednesday,
October 19th, in Tallahassee at The Edison Restaurant. Monsieur Jean?Emmanuel Danjoy is the Wine Director at
Chateau Clerc Milon and he will be traveling from Bordeaux, France to spend an evening with us while we explore and
savor select wines from Pauillac that span three decades. In addition to Chateau Clerc Milon, we will also experience
hard-to?get wines from Chateau Mouton which is also owned by the family and is an illustrious first
growth.

We are capping this dinner to 46 guests so please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to attend. The cost is
$200 per person and it is accompanied by a 6 course meal specially selected by our Chef and Monsieur Jean-Emmanuel.

Jean-Emmanuel Danjoy joined Baron Philippe de S.A. as Director of Chateau Clerc Milon on January 1st,
2009. The newly created position was the first step in setting up a team entirely devoted to giving this Pauillac classified
growth a new lease on life.

Mr. Danjoy's appointment followed ten vintages spent at Opus One Winery in California, starting with an internship in
1999. He was promoted to the specially created position of Viticulturist in 2001, then Assistant WinemakerNiticulturist in
2003. During his tenure in Napa Valley, Mr. Danjoy was deeply involved in California's wine industry. He served on the
board of the Napa Valley Wine Technical Group, was a member of the Best Paper Committee of the American Society for
Viticulture Enology (ASEV), addressed the ASEV conference and lectured to enology students at UC Davis.

Having remained very close to Pauillac and its classified growths, due to the bond that unites the Opus One Winery and
Baron Philippe de Mr. Danjoy is imbued with the philosophy of excellence and innovation expressed by Baron
Philippe in Chateau Mouton His return to the Bordeaux region reflects a genuine passion for its great wines,
as well as the desire to take up an exceptional challenge in a legendary terroir.

In 2000, Mr. Danjoy obtained a master's degree in agribusiness from the Ecole Superieure d'Agriculture de Purpan
(Toulouse, France) and was awarded the national Enologist diploma. His academic studies included viticulture and
winemaking internships in Madiran (France), Ben Slimane (Morocco), Bordeaux (France) and Stellenbosch (South Africa).
