For the specialized positions (PE Geologist, etc.), the time tends to be a little longer because the candidates are typically not local. Departures Since October, we have had two NMOGA employees depart. The position was a file clerk for GIS and a Geologist. We have had the following permanent OG positions depart since October: October NRS (1), Rlty Spclst (1) November NEPA (1), CET (1), Bio Tech (1) December GIS (1), Lead PET (1) January Geologist (1) February 0 March PET (1) April NEPA (1) May NRS (1), EPS (1) Since October, we have had 16 individuals decline job offers for a NMOGA position. The reasons for declining ranged from accepting a permanent position elsewhere or pay was not enough. The positions consisted of 6 NRS, 2 PE, 5 Realty Specialists, 2 File Clerks, 1 Archaeologist. During this same time period we have had 4 individuals decline permanent job offers. The reasons for declining ranged from already accepting a position elsewhere to unable to locate affordable housing. The positions consisted of 2 NRS, 1 EPS and 1 Archaeologist.
