INFORMATION ALLEGING PRIOR FELONY DRUG CONVICTIONS
(21 U.S.C. § 851)
The United States, through the United States Attorney for the Middle District of
Tennessee and the undersigned counsel, hereby alleges pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 851(a)(1) that the
defendant, CHRIS YOUNG a/k/a SOLDIER C, was previously convicted of the following felony
drug offenses in the Criminal/Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Tennessee as reflected in the
attached judgments which are incorporated into this Information.
1. Case 40700780, Count 1, a Class B drug felony, with an offense date of 7/30/06, with
a corrected judgment entered on 3/27/08.
2. Case 40701514, Count 1, a Class C drug felony, with an offense date 7/21/07, with
judgment entered on 3/19/08.
The United States alleges that each of these prior convictions is a "prior conviction for a
felony drug offense" which had become final before the defendant committed the acts charged in
the present indictment and that this conviction enhances the defendant's sentence upon conviction
of Count One of the Indictment. With this enhancement, the defendant faces a statutory
mandatory minimum sentence of life imprisonment without release and a fine of up to
$20,000,000 on Count One.

 The United States moves that the defendant be ordered to affirm or deny the existence of
these convictions as required by 21 U.S.C. § 851(b).
