• Contributed over $1 million directly to colleagues
and candidates, and $750,000 to the DCCC,
$150,000 above required dues.
• Recorded radio spots and robo calls for numerous
House candidates.

Jim Clyburn has led House Democrats to engage
and mobilize the base of the Democratic Party,
African American women and men.
• Built a new model for African American
engagement and turnout, initially deployed in
special elections in 2017, including for Doug
Jones’ historic victory in the Alabama Senate
race.
• Organized a GOTV awareness campaign with
the nine largest African American fraternities
and sororities, the “Divine Nine,” representing
over 1.5 million African Americans
nationally.
