The fact that she drank the Absinthe willingly was never in question, it still doesn?t give Woods the right to have sex with her when she is unconscious. i think that fact has been disregarded, but that?s just my opinion. Additionally, the victim stated to me she voluntarily drank the absinthe that was given to her and she knew what it was. Unfortunately, since we do not have the evidence to corroborate the fact that she was drug we cannot proceed with ?ling of the charge. if you have any questions please let me know. 490e55 -f685 -4fl b-baS 8-e0. .. 1 li6i201 8 new message Quest Software Archive Manager Page 2 of 3 Jessica W. I From: Joshua O'Nolan 'Sent: Tuesday, February 06, 2018 2:54 PM To: Lisa Parashls Subject: RE: Robert Woods FDLE was unable to locate any controlled substances in any of the items submitted by TPD regarding Robert Woods. The ME's office analyzed the victims urine/blood and were oniy able to find marijuana (which FDLE missed somehow). The fact that the victim waited over 24 hours to go to the hospital and have oodwork done, as well as the delayed visit to the Crisis Center, has likely affected the inability to find controlled substances in the victims system. I There is still the issue with Robert Woods provid'ng the victim the Absinthe, which likely is the reason the victim was rendered unconscious. I have issue with Woods having sexual intercourse with the victim while she was unconscious and under the influence of the Absinthe. Below is some information regarding Absinthe and its reported hallucinogenic ingredient. FrI::-m LE: Traditional absinthe is made of anise, fennel and worrnwood (a plant). and various recipes add other herbs and ?owers to the mix. The chemical that's taken all the blame for absinthe's hallucinogenic reputation is called thujone. which is a component of wormwood. In very high doses, thujone can be toxic.
