My employment was terminated on October 24, 2016. 4. 4 During my employment with the District, I held a Multiple Subject Teaching 5 Credential from September 6 Credential was renewed from January 26, 2017 to February 1, 2022. True and correct copies 1, 2011 to September of these teaching credential certificates 5, 8 9 10 2016. My Multiple Subject Teaching are attached hereto as Exhibit C. During my employment with the District, I also held an Administrative Services A true Credential, valid from August 27, 2014 to September I, 2019. and correct copy of this administrative credential certificate is attached hereto as Exhibit D. 6. 11 12 1, 2016, When my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential became inactive in September I was not notified by the District nor the Commission on Teacher Credentialing. The District did not discuss the credential lapse with me and at no time asked me to renew the 14 credential. To date, I have received no notice of cause for my termination. The October 24, 15 7. 16 2016 letter that 17 dismissal and provides no grounds for the immediate termination ts never received a notice I received from the District cites no Education Code section applicable to my of my employment.
