Many male of?cers have applied for training, only to be denied by ?Chief Moir. But, about a month
ago, Chief Moir took a contingent of 2 female of?cers and two female Lieutenants to a conference in
Palm Springs. it?s been told by many officers that these female of?cers, including Lt.

and Lt.? spent their city of Tempe per?diem drinking at a topless bar until
early morning hours. Not sure if Chief Moir attended with them. A female Detective that was in
attendance- has been telling others about this wild "girl?s night out". It's been told that the
Cgief is doing everything possible to shut down the gossip about the ?girls? going to a topless bar
while on city busineSS.

According to President, Sgt. Millen, Moir is showing extreme favoritism to female
employees. A recent test, a female candidate went from 6th place to 1st place after she had her 1
on 1 meeting with the Chief.

Chief Moir is out of the of?ce a lot- Ever since she got here, she takes extended trips out of state on
city time, training, conferences, etc. She went to a Chiefs conference last month, then a week later
gone again out of state. Take a look at her out of state travel costs since she has been our Chief,
you will be amazed! In fact, take a look at all the crazy out of state travel involving all cops since she
got here and you will be amazed. Like sending Motor Officers on duty, to San Diego to participate in
skill competition! Yep, city city trailer, trucks, gas, 

Maybe if she cut back on hertravel, and didn?t let her female cop friends drink in topless bars while
out of state training, we could afford to hire more cops and NOT put (34?8 security in parks!
