MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Student Promoted Access Center for
Education and Service and Associated Students regarding SPACES budgetary
deficit from 2017?2018 Academic Year, shall commence on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 and
continue, unless terminated until Wednesday, October 21?, 2020:

The terms ofthe MOU between Associated Students of the University of California, San Diego
and the ASUCSD Auxiliary Student Promoted Access Center for Education and
Service [herein referred to as are as follows

ASUCSD has agreed to allocate $122,082.87 to SPACES for budgetary expenditures,-

The financial instrument used to allocate the funds is a Three?Year Interest?Free Loan,-
ASUCSD mandate SPACES will be granted an Interest-Free Loan to pay back these funds within
a span of three ?scal years;

The Interest-Free Loan must be fully repaid by Wednesday, October let, 2020 through loan
payments lasting 3 fiscal years.

SPACES is aware of its obligation to comply with all rules and regulations contained within
Title II, Section 4.5 of the ASUCSD Standing Rules, ASUCSD Constitution, and any other relevant
rules and regulations;

SPACES agrees to exhibit due diligence to achieve said goals and repay the granted underwrite
by October 21?, 2020;

Failure to pay back the underwrite funds on or before the aforementioned date, October 2155
2020 can result in the Financial Controller of the Associated Students ordering a hold placed
on the index accounts until the underwrite funds are repaid;

The following undersigned agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the above agreement.
