On behalf of the Front Range Water Council, 1 write to express our support for the Support Policy Statements
Regarding Colorado River Drought Contingency Plans, Demand Management, Compact Administration, to be
considered by the Board at your meeting on November 15, 2018. We urge adoption of the Draft as released by

the Board with Agenda Item 20, without any changes.

Thank you for your thoughtful consideration of public input on this topic of critical importance to Colorado, and
for developing a policy that will allow Colorado to engage in further processes that will protect our collective

interests in the Colorado River and Upper Colorado River Compacts.
