INITIAL NOTICE TO FORMER AND CURRENT LOT OWNERS November 16, 2018 On November 5, 2018, the United States District Court, District of Maryland, entered a Temporary Restraining Order (Order) against Ecological Fox, LLC, Global Property Alliance Inc., and numerous other entities associated with the project in Belize. The Order named a number of individual defendants including, but not limited to, Andris Pukke, Peter Baker and Luke Chadwick. The TRO appointed Robb Evans & Associates LLC as Temporary Receiver of the entities named above and numerous affiliated entities, including the Property Owners Association (POA). The Order provides detailed guidelines for the activities of the receiver in administering the receivership estate. It is our intention to periodically provide updates for former and current lot owners as the case progresses. Q & A SECTION Q. Does the FTC lawsuit jeopardize a lot owner’s interest in their lot? A. No. The lawsuit does not affect ownership interests that may have existed at the outset of the lawsuit. Q: Do the lot owners need to continue making monthly payments for the acquisition of lots during the Temporary Receivership? A: No. Pursuant to provisions of the TRO, the receiver has determined that all monthly payments from consumers for the acquisition of lots will be suspended at the present time. The suspension of lot payments will not adversely impact a consumer’s interest in the lot. Q: Do the lot owners need to continue making monthly POA fees during the Temporary Receivership? A: No. At this time lot owners do not need to make monthly POA fees. If POA fees are later resumed, the receiver will not require payments to be made up for the period they were suspended. Q: Will the receiver continue making monthly payments to those consumers that entered into buy back agreements with the Defendants? A: No. The receiver is only authorized to expend estate funds to preserve assets of the receivership estate. Q: Will essential services be provided during the Temporary Receivership? A: Yes. The receiver is working with the POA board to develop a budget for essential services and hopes to finalize a budget in the near future.
