My name is Ivory Williams, i live in Hennepin, Oklahoma, i am 70 yrs. Old and retired. Ronald
Williams Jr. (R1) is my Grandson, and Ronald Williams Sr. is my son and he lives in El Paso, Texas.
RJ lived with his mother Ida Poole in Pittsburgh 

May 6, 2016 we received the shocking and tragic news that R1 was killed by Weirton West
Virginia police. My concern is mother Ida Poole and sister Heather Poole has an Attorney
Mr. Jack Dolance from Wayne West Virginia and he instructed the family 'for now he wanted no
Outside help. i don?t want this incredible and tragic incident set aside and forgotten. I am .
submitting this letter to you in hopes of receiving guidance and direction as to what I should do.

The family need answers, and most of all we need Justice for
