Dear Chief, the following of?cers of the Weirton PD. who were members of
the turn that worked with Ptlm. 8. Made! have expressed to me their lack of con?dence in
Ptlm. S. Maders abilities to perform his duties as a police o?ieer and have grave concerns
with working along side of him. 'lhcy have expressed to me that they no longer wish to
work with him as they feel that their lives maybe placed in danger.

con?dence and their concern of being placed in danger by working with Ptlm. S. Mader
