Per Butch Bryant, the Kia was towed from the scene by Cedar BluffTowing. On 2/8/16 Chief Henderson
released the hold and the vehicle was claimed by IAA on 2/16/16. Per Butch, it appears that there was no pull
in report created, which has been the source of confusion on their end. Please contact me at your earliest
