Thank you for your email. I had previous con?rmation that we would be met at the airport and taken to the hotel.
Unfortunately, my password for the secure email site does not seem to be working for some reason so I cannot send you a
copy of the con?rmation email, but it came from and was sent on 7 August.

Just in case you need the details again, we (my partner and i) will arrive via Copa ?ight CM303 from Los Angeles
arriving 10.30AM on Tuesday, September 16. \Ve will be returning to LA on Saturday, Sept. 20, departing 7.02PM on
Copa ?ight 302.

We have a reservation at the Radisson Decapolis, reservation number 344972. Again, this was con?rmed by
in a separate email on 7 August. She indicated that a driver will be waiting with our names on a sign, and will help us go
through customs and immigration, and then take us to the hotel.

Yes, I want to have a meeting to set up a new company,-indicated that this could be accomplished in two to three
days. That is the primary purpose of my visit.

I have also previously had con?rmation on 4 August from?hat we are to meet with someone from the
property division and three developers, and the more recent email that you know about regarding meeting with the
?nancial management team regarding investments.

Perhaps you can coordinate all these so that the schedule is clear.
